Insurance & Coverage
Our insurance coordinators work with a wide range of insurance companies, each offering various dental and medical plans. These companies frequently change their benefits, co-pays, and deductibles throughout the year. While we strive to provide you with accurate coverage estimates based on the information available to us, it can sometimes be challenging to precisely estimate your insurance co-payment. Many insurance companies do not disclose fees until after the treatment is completed, making the process complex and time-consuming.
To assist us in serving you better, please notify us promptly of any changes to your insurance. Keeping your personal and insurance information current is crucial.
Although we are happy to file your insurance claim on your behalf, you may find that submitting the claim yourself results in faster processing by the insurer. Generally, claims filed directly by patients are processed more quickly than those filed by dental offices.
Please note that most dental insurance policies have limitations and typically cover only a portion of the procedures required.
Co-Payment
Most dental plans reimburse approximately 30% to 80% of treatment costs.
Private & Group Insurance
As a courtesy to our patients with medical and/or dental benefit plans, we will submit the necessary claim forms, receipts, and other information to your insurance company.
Upon receiving an insurance payment, any remaining balance will be billed to you. If you have overpaid your co-payment, the excess amount will be refunded to you.
We also offer third-party financing through CareCredit, Wells Fargo, and Chase Financial.
Although visiting the doctor or dentist can be daunting, we strive to make your experience with us as comfortable and pleasant as possible. We believe that patient comfort is a vital aspect of quality dental care.
Dr. Hassan values your freedom to choose your dentist. While we collaborate closely with your dentist, a referral is not required to visit our office. We also welcome referrals from patients and friends of the practice.

Mohamed Hassan
DDS, MS
Dr. Hassan grew up in between Cairo, Egypt and Dallas, Texas, and is now residing in Southern California. He is a periodontist in the Inland Empire area specializing in the treatment of Periodontics, Dental Implants, and Oral Medicine. Dr. Hassan and his office concentrate on providing a high standard of periodontal treatment to all his patients in a caring manner.
